Our Pickled Onions are Pungently Perfect

FRESH CRUNCH PICKLED ONIONS

Bold, rich, and perfectly pungent. These babies are definitely in our top five.


They brighten up our fridge and our life in more ways than one. They are the perfect topping on basically everything, they add a punch of BOLD flavor. Our bodies love them too.

Ayurveda prizes onions as medicine, rather than food, with powerful healing properties. Onions are cooling energetically, and heating internally, and are a great summer food.

HERE’S WHAT TO DO WITH THEM

  1. Make a relish - Take your Fresh Crunch Pickled Onions and mince them REAAAL fine. We included this in our Community Crunch Meal ‘Mixed Vegetarian Grill' a few months ago. It was a hit!

  2. Top them on anything and everyting- From salads, grain bowls, and avocado toast, to soups, chilis, and bagels. Also, fill up your burgers, pita pockets, tacos, sandwhiches, and wraps with them. We could go on and on.

  3. Use the pickle juice- Don’t, we repeat, don’t toss the juice. It is GOLD. Use it to make dressings or to add a punch to your Saturday morning Fresh Crunch Bloody Mary’s. We’ve also heard it’s a great hangover cure- sip it straight from the jar.

  4. Enjoy them in the morning - Will McNair (if you've gone to the Palisades farmer's market, you probably know him from our table) likes to add them to carnitas breakfast burritos, to get the morning started right. He's been enjoying our pickles for a long time - so take it from him!

  5. Cook up our latest recipe- Club Med Grain Bowl by wellness and nutrition coach Jade from Jade Elisabeth Wellness.

WE CAN’T GET ENOUGH

They sit in our fridge for maybe a week if we are lucky. These pink beauties are just too hard to resist. We wouldn’t be lying if we told you we eat them straight out of the jar regularly.
